Wow, you have some unusual colors here. I like how the oryx is silhouetted against the colors and dust.

This is terrific. I admire the way you use and see light..Rather then filling the frame with animal, you use the environment to "paint" an interesting and eye pleasing composition, which includes an animal but so much more. Thanks for contributing to wildlife..

I love how the dust is illuminated and leads the eye directly to the Oryx. Amazing colors!!

Great mood and colors. The oryx looks so tired and thirsty- which the dust and light really enhances.

The only very minor nit is the bright spot on the chin, which would be very easy to remove in PS.

Wonderful shot!

Perhaps a bit too much empty space. Have you tried some crop variants, like portrait?

Cheers

I like these backlit / dusty shots.
The colors are gorgeous. Just enough environment IMO. Well done.

I think this is fantastic! While scrolling around I found I like it equally well with various crops including eliminating the bright yellow sky. I love the way the dust is being kicked up in this image and the way sunlight makes this image glow.

Love the dusty glow. The environment space helps with the dry/hot/desperate feel IMO.

Very nicely done. I like it as but also like it with the sky cropped off as well. Might have a bit of tilt to the left (or may be the ground had a bit of slope) but either way I would be tempted to rotate a couple of degrees even if it meant moving off true horizontal. Speck of drool I like; bet it shows up much better in a print.

Very nice. It also looks interesting with the yellow sky cropped out.

This is excellent, Manuel. Very moody shot that shows off this guy's difficult environment in a dramatic fashion, with great technical execution. The bright spot on the chin does distract a bit, I'd be interested to know what it is.
