This is a very good shot, all things considered. I thought it was a little hazy to start with, then I read you were in the middle of a fogbank :roll:
Nice action shot with plenty going on. Well done.

Very nice, I agree at first it looked a little flat, but you made the best of a very dificult situation. Knowing the story makes the photo all the more interesting. Do the whales actualy consume the birds if they happen to grab one?

Love how you've captured one whale out and clearly discernable and then two in poses that I've never seen before! The action looks absolutely amazing. Might reduce the blue channel just a tad just to get the splashing in the lower left a little closer to white.

I like it; it's incredible!! Would set the black about 2 points darker even if it is foggy.
