From a hike in the Chugach Mountains, near Anchorage, this past October.

A bit more contrast than I would have prefered, but you take what you can get when the animals strike an interesting pose.

EOS 3, 500/4, Provia, tripod.

Nice work as usual TIm. Exposure looks good, and both sharp.. I really like the inclusion of environmental elements in your dall sheep pictures.. Thanks for posting..

Another excellent sheep shot Tim. That pose is cool.

Looks like a slight magenta cast (?) or perhaps my monitor :?

A very cool shot...no pun intended. I like your DOF selection. Shallow enough to separate the subject from the backgound, but not so shallow as to loose the feel of the environment.

Cool shot Tim. The different head positions make the shot for me. Also, as the others mentioned, the DOF is right on.

An excellent image. I might just brighten it up a bit and there's a very slight cast. Both easily fixable but the image itself is super.

Terrific image.
I too see the magenta cast. It is a Fuji-chrome thing. Provia is especially prone to this cast. Easily fixed in PS.

This is great Tim. I really like the pose of the two together and the BG is really nice.

Very cool shot.
Agree about the magenta, but it's minor.
