Another shot from a STL workshop. These two were coming down the cliff face next to the major road through Jasper NP. I think it's amazing how quickly the young deal with cliffs and such. This little guy didn't seem to have any troubles with navigating these slippery slopes.

Great image Tom. I like the almost monochromatic color and tones. The poses are excellent and the little one puts in a cutness factor. This looks a little Bev Doolittle-esque (like her painting) with the snowy setting.

Dennis, I did not know you were going. I'll be getting in the way this year again. You will totally enjoy Jasper if you've never been before. The wildlife are awesome, the landscapes incredible. Hopefully, this year we tuned the timing of the trip a bit better to get some real cranium butting between the rams.

Cheers

Beautiful shot showing the surroundings well also. So nice to see this cold wintery scene in the middle of a warm, humid summer. Ahhh...

Great shot Tom. I like this one a lot. It is nice to see the snow on a day that is 90 and humid.

Hmm I could have sworn I replied this afternoon, but I don't see it..

This brings back fond memories.
Nicely done with the falling snow!
Way sharper than my version of this scene.

Tom, This also has me really excited about the Jasper STL!

The similar poses between the two sheep, the similar coloring between them and the rocks, and especially that snow, really make it for me. Can't wait!

Just beautiful. The snow is a perfect added touch for the monochrome image. I agree with Steve's comment about looking like a Bev Doolittle painting!

Beautiful pose and look of the animals with the falling snow a very nice addition. I might like just a tad more room on the right relative to the left, but I would take it as it stands in a flash. Well done.

Love this very lonely duo. The snow sets the scene and invokes the tone. 8)
