Jasper, AB Canada

This is one of my favorite sheep portraits from the Jasper trip, and
a rather handsome fellow indeed.

Best, and see you in the field,

Chas, he is a handsome dude, and you captured him well, of course. I like the bit of snow on the tips of his horns that shows he doesn't spend all his time posing for you, but also has his head down on the ground grazing.

Excellent work as usual.. I continue to enjoy your posts and in this one I really like the hint of seeing the teeth, just a little smile I guess.. Thanks for posting at NSN Chas.

Marvelously done. Bighorns sometimes can be a pain to work with so you scored a hit here.

Chas,

Excellent, I can see why it would be one of your favorites. As someone else noted, I also like the snow on the horn tips; however, for me the thing I like best, and sets the image apart is the slight lip curl allowing a small view of the teeth.

Regards, Simon

Your usual excellent shot!

Obviously an older ram- large horns and teeth too poor to show off with a big smile. Or perhaps he forgot to brush and floss.

The little snarl with his teeth and the snow makes this different from the usual close up prtrait of these guys. Nice shot!!!
