Nice action blur. The attack posture is really emphasized well. This one would qualify for this week's motif, IMO. :)

I would not want to be too close to that face. Looks like a cool motion shot to me.

COOL SHOT HARVEY.. Out of the box for sure, dramatic for sure, in your face, and with just the right amt of movement blur.. Really enjoyed this one.. Well done.

Very cool shot, Harvey. Definitely portays a fearsome mood. Nice job of matching the flash and ambient exposure to avoid an over-flashed look on this.

The flash is used with a Wimberly Modular Bracket so it was facing straight ahead but it's a nice distance above the camera.

I think Dennis meant rear curtain as opposed to front curtain.

Looking at it it's difficult to tell, but front would be my guess.

Certainly a great shot, lots of movement. I wouldn't want to be that close

Oops! Sorry...Iwas was busy screaming at a place that enlarged some of my photos at the same time I answered the question. I should have been suspicious of the place when their ad said "Braille spoken here". Anyway...front curtain.

Harvey, cool shot, seems to have sharpening artifacts. You have cptured a great pose. Is that a yawn or snarl. I have some lion shots that look fierce with the open mouth, but in truth, they were yawning.

You can tell by the eye that he's not yawning!! That is one mean expression Harvey and the action blur really emphasizes he means business!!

Good shot.
