In fact it does have 4 legs. Sorry I had to.
But still, my question is: Does it work if you don't see vital details? OK the horn is really missing, but the 'missing' leg makes me think...

Cheers

I am with Karen on the "cool animal" comment. I would like to see one of these someday..Whether it works or not will reflect one's taste with respect to the pose shown. I think it works. I also think it would work to see more of an upright pose with the head not intersecting with the legs..so as to show of the magnificent horn... Thanks for posting..

"Missing" the leg and horn makes this composition work for me; otherwise I would prefer it's head up. Pose cracks me up.

This pose works for me even without the leg and horn. Neat animal. I too would love to see one upright if you have it-next post maybe...

If the missing horn were more obvious, it would be much more effective. Certainly a very beautiful and graceful looking animal.

If I see an animal with a visible injury, broken antler, missing horn, etc, I always make an extra effort to get an image. I like those pictures because it shows that survival can be tough.
