Another from the "oldy moldy" files. This was taken in 1992 in Glacier NP on a workshop that was primarily scenic subjects. The bear was practically right on the road and of course had caused a bear-jam. We scrambled to take a few quick pictures before the ranger came. The slide is not tack-sharp and I know the light could be better but I really liked the bear in the middle of the field of wildflowers. Not sure of the specifics but probably Eos A2E with a 100-300mm f5.6 lens, handheld. Cindy Marple
