A Coachwhip Snake photographed at the Laguna Seca Ranch in deep South Texas on 23 April 2024.  The Coachwhip Snake is nonvenomous.

I like the watery environment for this snake, and it's big eyes. That makes for an excellent composition at a low angle of view. Well done!

The low angle and reflection, and good to know it's not venomous considering the short distance.
