A Western Diamondback Rattlesnake photographed at the Laguna Seca Ranch in deep South Texas 24 March 2023.
1/1600 sec f/8.0 ISO 400 This is the biggest and oldest snake that I've ever seen at the ranch. The head had a different shape in that it was not diamond shaped, but much wider towards the back of the head. A little better detail viewed large. |
