Polar Bear Cub
Svalbard

After the cub called for mom and sis, and they didn't respond, he made his way back down to the water where they were.  One of the brief moments of sun peeking through the clouds.

The setting is different from almost all Polar Bear shots I've seen. It gives the ability to clearly see it's paws. Terrific exposure and the reflection acts as a nice leading line to the cub.

Love this ongoing story and the excellent illustrations. You could make a nice book with these. Beautiful light on the cub and a marvelous setting. Makes me want to be there.

Great light, setting and angle. Neat that you had some sun in this moment.

Lovely view of this youngster, Cindy. The light on the foreground water leads up to him beautifully.
