Taken a bit a back...LOL.  Aberdares in Kenya.  Female Impala.  Nikon D300 and 500 Af-s.  1/400 F5.6 at ISO 640.  Small crop.

My recollection mainly being to show more of its habitat.

Always a good thing to show off an animal in it's proper context. Clicking on this image brings the environment to life and definitely achieved your goal for the image.
