Another one of those trial shots on the D850.  Cropped this to suit my thoughts on presenting.  

Heres a thought.  Am I seeing one eye looking at me and one at a differing angle?

D850 1/200 F8 at ISO 1000.

No, I think its just the way the light catches the eyeballs - I don't think its another case of Clarence the cross-eyed Lion!  :)

I agree with Carol- you're seeing the front of one eye, and only the side of he other. Beautiful light and colors. Love the rather soft, gentle look in his eyes, though I'm probably making that up! The "old" D850 ain't so bad, huh?

A beautiful close-up and, true! It really seems that he is cross-eyed but I too think it's just the effect of how the light hits the eyes.
