A White-spotted Cat Snake (Boiga drapiezii), photographed in the lowland jungle of Malay Peninsular. I miss the sound and smell of the rainforest... Before anyone asks, no, it does not eat cat!

D4s, 18mm, 1/100th, ISO400, flash, full-frame.
Regards,

Des

A misterious atmosphere, the branch of leaves makes the composition very special.

The lighting in this fine capture takes it to the next level, Des. Very nicely done! It would be good to see more detail of the 'cat's eyes' of this rain forest species but this is a lovely image.

Oh! That's stunning, Des!  Wonderful golden eye detail with the vertical cat's eye iris!  Thank you.  :)

Very cool shot- works well against the background. And I really like the close-up of the eye too.
