7.05am golden hour
A very inquisitive 8 mth old male Lion cub approaches me, fascinated by his reflection in my Nikkor lens.
Captured using a CamRanger w/flipped monopod setup.

I'm glad he was only "inquisitive". He looks pretty formidable, even as a youngster. Great light and an engaging view.

a portrait framing would have suited, granted had I time to do so, not swiftly done with this setup I was using.

Wonderful and unique point of view. Very striking and imposing. The eye contact is about as good as it gets as well.
