Returning from shooting migrating snow geese in the  corn fields nearby, i spotted a group of white tailed does closeby that were attempting to cross the road. I turned off the engines and rolled to a halt at a spot safe and far from the roads edge. i stayed inside the car and windows down pre-focussed at a spot where the sun was setting and hoped a deer would come to that spot. it was a brief encounter but it did happen and i got a few seconds of rapid fire. A bit of - EC helped bring out the highlights in PP. Hope you like it.

A lovely scene- a very nice peaceful feel to this...though I hope they got safely across the road!

A lovely idea, Ramesh - I wish her head was a little higher, so that it was silhouetted against the golden sky rather than the darker foliage in the background. That's my only nit.

Absolutely agree with you Carol - whims of nature take it or leave it. I could have moved my car and lost the photop  too. Will keep in mind the next time. Thanks.
