"Kibumbu" pride @ sunset.

Just a few of the 33 strong "Kibumbu pride" (as of June '18) begin to stir as the sunlit rays spread across the plains of Eastern Serengeti. Sadly like so many large prides that reach peak numbers, the majority of the younger cubs did not survive this particularly bad dry season later that year.
Eastern Serengeti -TZ.
Full credit must go to the expansive Dynamic Range of the D850.

Certainly not an easy life, even for those at the top of the food chain, is it Marc. What a stunning image with your capture of the the sun's rays adding a truly magical touch to your superb wildlife photography. Love it!
