A vixen on her evening rounds.  The Buddha statue has been there for many years and the new owners don't know why it was placed there.  Maybe it's good luck for the vixen.

It might be good luck for the vixen, Steve because she is trotting across the wood platform the statute is on. Love the open mouth. Great timing to catch the fox in this setting.

It looks like a handy place for one fox to leave a calling card for others passing by, Steve - and buddha looks very benevolent towards his passing friend, even if he has detected a rather pungent aroma.....

What a lovely and interesting image, and good to see the vixen looking nice and healthy.

Priceless! Love how the Buddha seems to be looking down on her with great benevolence...or even amusement. Love the vixen's open mouth.
