South Asian River Dolphin

These rare and elusive fresh water animals also known as the Gangetic Dolphins are highly endangered species (IUCN-Red). They are essentially blind and hunt by emitting ultra sonic sound which bounces off their prey and help them to form an image in their mind.

Location: River Brahmaputra, Assam.
