I like your composition and content in this very nice capture of the monitor lizard peeping out of its tree hole, Saurav but for my tastes, to make the black and white conversion work, you need to boost the contrast because as presented the whole image has a rather bland gray tone which is a shame IMO. More contrast would give better definition and greater impact!
