Tasmanian Pademelon _ Cradle Mountain National Park, Tasmania
a7R4, 100-400mm @ 253mm, ISO 800, f/5.6, 1/160s


The Tasmanian Pademelon is a small kangaroo like marsupial. It develops thicker and heavier fur than some of the mainland Australia Pademelon subspecies. This one was photographed on our lodge's grounds in Cradle Mountain National Park

I was hoping you would get one of these! Its good to see the other end of the scale of marsupials, and this is a very nice image.
