A sweet moment with a nice reflection. Nice that the cubs’ tail is unobstructed.

A lovely capture of this tender exchange as mother greets her cub - but she's not letting her guard down for a moment as she is still keeping a wary eye, and ear, directed towards the photographers. A fine image and reflection Monique!

Such a sweet moment, just love the expressions on both. Wonderful story that tells. The perfect reflection is a bonus.

Many Thanks to you all for the positive feedback and comments. It is much appreciated. This was definitely one of my photographic highlights.. Moments after this was taken, a hyena burst onto the scene. The mother leopard tried to grab the cub by the scruff of its neck but the cub was too fast and bolted up the nearest tree where she stayed safely high up in the branches until the danger had passed. Mom stayed flattened close to the ground to avoid drawing attention to herself or either the cub. I will post images of both the cub hissing at first sight of the hyena and then high up in the tree.
