 Near Yarlour Islands, Antarctic Peninsula Nikon D850, 80mm, ISO500, 1/1250, f/14 Handheld from zodiac Crabeaters are the most numerous seal in the world. In spite of the name, though, they eat krill, not crabs. I liked the variety of colors in the hides in this group. The dark ones are more freshly molted, and the silvery ones getting ready to molt. This area, just south of the Lemaire Channel, was a particularly beautiful landscape with lots of bits of ice so I wanted to include it. Cindy Marple
