Fog coming down hard.   Shot full frame on Nikon D500 and Sigma S OS 150-600 at 420 FL.  1/160 F8 as usual and Iso 1000.  Tripod mounted.  Me, as usual sitting all camouflaged up, but it seems to work with the deer and doesn't unsettle them. (in the UK).

Please feel free to view uncompressed.  Thanks for looking and your time.

I don’t know how you make them feel so painterly, but it’s hard to tell if they are paintings or photographs, David. Great mood to all of them.

Great pose and such a handsome stag, Dave!  As with the others, the autumn mist enhances an already beautiful image.  Superb portrait - this one gives 'Monarch of the glen' a run for his money!  :P

One of my favourites of your solo images.

Carol.

Another beautiful buck David... I simply love the way the fog isolates this guy.
Great work!
