I was on an extended trip photographing early summer bears in the Khutzeymateen in British Columbia. The grizzly bear photography was simply amazing because of my proximity to the bears and the unique habitat they were in. With most of the photography being done from a zodiac, we spent quite a bit of time cruising the shoreline in search of bears, wolves, and otters. The one thing we did not expect to see was a wolverine. In fact, the people who hosted us said that this was only the 2nd time in 30 years that they have spotted a wolverine in the the Khutzeymateen... needless to say, I would have been excited to see this species let alone photograph it.
