Northern Maine . The Sun is rising behind the moose just out of the frame in the upper left.

The early morning back light through the mist gives an almost ethereal feel to this lovely scene, Mark. I like the way you caught this youngster passing by with his inquisitive stare and raised foreleg as he checks you out. Good to see a moose again!

Wonderful image, Mark!
Great use of the light. The vegetation makes the composition, giving the image depth, and the little splash of water tops it off.
Well done!

This is a lovely image. The rim light and warm tones make this a really unique image of a moose.
