This male 'posed' for me while his companions moved towards the hills.  We weren't very close to them but he definitely kept his eye on me.  While on our Wyoming road trip I learned two facts about them from a rest stop display.  1. There are more Pronghorns in WY than people (I remember the same thing being said about cattle vs people in WY years ago). 2. Pronghorn are the fastest land animal in North America.

One of the fun species to photograph in Wyoming. You never know what they will do next! Note the white rump patch is raised. They are not only the fastest land animal in North America, but the second fastest in the world, next to the Cheetah, and the fastest over longer distances. One of my favorite subjects to photograph. A vertical crop would work well here, as well.

Like the eye contact Dan. Looks like he's checking you out for your scent, too.

Nice framing and soft light – well done.
