Fox Eagle confrontation

One of the most unexpected scenarios I have ever witnessed. The Eagle landed right near the foxes hoping to snag a scrap of rabbit. The Vixen confronted the Eagle and convinced it to leave.

Wonderful capture of the interaction between these two, Terry! The eagle trying to make itself look as big and threatening as possible, and the fact that we can see those menacing eyes over the stance of the vixen defending her meal. Great image! Well done!

The lens was just right too. A longer telephoto may not have carried the DOF.
