Appreciate I don't have full eye contact..  Shot full frame.  no cropping.  Think of it as sharing an experience, rather than a blockbuster view.  LOL.  

Following this stag in my viewfinder and the light just blasted through the mist.  

D850 Sigma 150-600 OS S.  1/250 F8 ISO 2000

I always think of these shots as a peep over their shoulder, showing the scene that they are seeing rather than just looking at them. One of the many aspects of wildlife photography that helps paint the full picture - and done beautifully, Dave! Love the colours and light.
