Tusker in its habitat - A wide-angle perspective ⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
While listening to deer alarm calls, we saw a lone tusker in the morning. The elephant was in the undergrowth and using telephoto zoom was not creating an interesting image. Hence I switched my gear to a wide angle lens. ⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In this image, I chose the wide-angle image to showcase the habitat of the tusker. Elephant by raising the trunk checked his surroundings. After that elephant briefly crossed the safari road.

What do you think about the composition of this image?

Adobe Lightroom for pp

He looks small with this view, good idea. I think I would desaturate the purple in the foliage ( and maybe up the contrast?)

Your composition is nicely balanced and the elephant stands well in his natural habitat, Shreyas. Your choice of the wider view was a good one!
