These Douglas Squirrels are native here and are getting pushed out by larger non-native Eastern Grey Squirrels .
Shot few weeks ago. Very often I go for a nice walk in the woods trails during my lunch break when at work. I used to carry big 500mm f/4 with D2Hs with me just in case. Now I am using Panasonic Lumix FZ300, so much joy,for walking in the woods ,only 1 1/2 lb weight . Super sharp even wide open at f/2.8. Panasonic Lumix FZ300 1/160, ISO-100, f/2.8 108mm (600mm FF eq), handheld. Please click on the image for uncompressed view, thank you. |
