A 4yr old male leopard returns to his prized zebra foal kill he made earlier in the afternoon. With this beautiful Rock Fig's natural lean, it wasn't too hard working out his angle of approach and positioned myself to enable his ascent against an early evening Serengeti sky.

Love the environmental aspect in this one, really like the gray/blue sky backdrop.

Super positioning to capture the leopard climbing up the diagonal line of the tree. I agree, the background sky really works nicely. Excellent shot.

Your perspective on this classic tree climbing leopard takes this view off the scale, Marc. It really looks as if this one is climbing into the clouds!
