Classic circling protection of the infants by their very caring adults, and I like your choice of intimate composition.  As you have chosen to go for black and white, I feel that this would benefit from a touch more contrast/saturation to give more definition in the shadow and light rather than the large mass of grey tones as presented.  Its almost there but I think a bit of tweaking would give this lovely image the lift it deserves!
