Sub-adult Tiger cub relaxes at Ranthambore N.P in India. Its Amazing how these so called ferocious creatures tolerate humans and their madness. Looking at his expressions you will not realise what a mad rush and traffic jam it was. We had moved away from the road and luckily the tiger came and rested in the right place. I wonder what he is thinking. photographed using nikon d4s+600mm+beanbag.

Resting but still alert.  I'm sure it could spring into action if threatened.   :)

Beautiful portrait Talat.

I really like this pose, with the slight upward gaze. The soft light is perfect, it lets you enjoy all the lovely patterns in his face. You do have to wonder what he's thinking!
