Only one chance at Arctic Fox during my 8 days at Watchee Lodge

This one was chewing on part of a caribou leg which was surely killed by the wolves seen in the area

I'll bet they are hard to spot in the snow. One fox is better than none ;) Steve

Richard, This is beautiful. Camouflage at its best. The details in the whites are excellent and it could not have been easy when you're white-on-white. Curious what your settings were?

Absolutely hard to spot. If they don't move they look like a small mound of snow
