Prairie dog barking

These little animals are very cute and entertaining. they will sit upright on the dirt mound at their burrow entrance and then, with no forewarning, spring into the air and "bark". I caught this one at the peak of his bark.

Very cool! I love the low perspective which puts the background so nicely out of focus. Peak action, and even a catchlight in the eye! Really like this one.
