Beautiful rim light, Dave! The fact the Zebra is eating some of the local vegetation is perfect. Merry Christmas!

I love shots like this, it makes us feel like one of the herd. Gorgeous light, particularly the effect on the mane, muzzle hairs and the seed heads on the grasses. Beautifully done, Dave. May the best light shine on you and all your endeavours in 2018!

Very nice David, highlights on the important parts yet a softness in the background. This shows eye contact is not important for a beautiful image..
Merry Christmas to you as well.

So lovely- the light is just perfect, shining through the mane and chin whiskers. Ears back-alert....Happy Holidays to you!

Really like the lighting which features the hair on the back of the neck and that watchful eye....
