This is a subspecies of the Eastern Gray Kangaroo that is found only on Tasmania.  There was large mob in this park, and many joeys peeking out of pouches.  Wish I hadn't used f/13 but I'd been doing various images with landscape and to include more of the mob and neglected to change settings.  It was humorous to watch the joeys grazing from the pouch while momma grazed.  They learn what to eat, and also acquire anitbodies to help the immune system, in doing so.

Cindy, great shot of mum with joey peeking out of the pouch. Also, interesting information about the immune system and antibodies.

Nice shot Cindy! Lovely thick coat on the doe, and so sweet that you have eye contact with both her and the little joey in the pouch.
