Narawntupu NP, Tasmanai
Canon 7DmkII, 100-400 at 400mm, 1/1000 f/13 iso800 This is a subspecies of the Eastern Gray Kangaroo that is found only on Tasmania. There was large mob in this park, and many joeys peeking out of pouches. Wish I hadn't used f/13 but I'd been doing various images with landscape and to include more of the mob and neglected to change settings. It was humorous to watch the joeys grazing from the pouch while momma grazed. They learn what to eat, and also acquire anitbodies to help the immune system, in doing so. Cindy Marple
