I do love the low angle and intimate portrait of the eland. And I get that the doves contribute to the story. But a split-second later and the 2nd dove would not have been blocking the eland's face, which IMHO would have improved the image.

Wondering if you had time to get a vertical version? My eye keeps wanting to turn the camera, get more reflection and a shoulder, but maybe not as much to the left. Just a few thoughts.
