I found this large bear in the top of a smallish berry tree stripping all of the branches of the fruit. At times it would pull branches toward it with its paws to get access to more distant berries. I fully expected it to break through the foliage and fall to the ground - but it didn't.

Terrific bear portrait. I like how the leaves help frame it.

Super find and wonderful portrait – love the vegetation framing the bear's head.
