What a great portrait, Dave! Beautiful pose with the head raised, excellent detail, and sweet low camera angle. Those flies(?) on the nose and around his eyes must have been aggravating, although it appears he may have been facing a breeze. Love it. :)

Another gorgeous regal shot, Dave- just elegant. You just have such a talent for catching these lions at the right moment.

Such a noble profile, and they always amaze me how they can remain so calm with a face full of those pesky flies!  One on mine would drive me to distraction. :)   A lovely portrait with that expressive, far away look.

Great portrait of this fellow. Nice cetail in the fur, and nice habitat.
Well-done!
Sandy
