Love the power displayed here in that the bull is creating a sheet of water streaming off his left antler, and also a sheet of water coming off his right ear! Tough lighting, with backlit water in the sun, with dark shadows in the BG.

D500, 600mm, F7.1 @ 1/1250th (-1.7 exp. comp.)

I like this backlit view-the water is illuminated as one would wish- a very interesting picture- as you say, showing the strength and size of this big fellow. I like pictures that show some activity and liveliness as this does.

Indeed, good display of the power. The backlight helps to highlight all the action of the water. You don't need a lot of detail in the moose itself with it's very recognizable shapes.
