After spending the first whole year along side it's omnipotent mom, then being kicked out of her life by her to make room for another child, this year old bull moose has a lot to learn, but he will, and within a couple of years he will be out there in contention with other bulls to have a chance to mate with adult cow moose. These year olds always have that really confused look on their faces, and sometimes it appears that they want to adopt you as their temporary mom!

You captured that "lonesome" expression on his face perfectly. As always, I appreciate the natural habitat you include in your images. Look forward to seeing more images of him as he matures. A top-notch image, Mark!

Love the soft light and the soft greens of the environment. The head-on view really captures that confused look!

Take my hat off to you Mark. You always show images that have that extra personal "look" and have that intimate feel. Greta field craft skills
