The juxtaposition of the 2 animals is quite nice, gives a good leading line and good balance in the image. I like the b/w conversion for this so there's no distractions from colors competing for attention from the rhinos. Did you try this with a bit more contrast/ tonal range- and specifically trying to make the gray sky more white? Not sure if it would work here or not but something I'd at least take a look at.
