Red Fox Grooming

This individual fox was grooming himself, much like a dog would, to nibble away at fleas and ticks on his tail. Please click on image to view full size.

Not only is this a compelling wildlife image, it's also a wonderful study of line and shape. Really like this close, intimate shot with those eyes just drawing you right in.

Like the crop, Ron. Great composition and interest to hold one's view. Could do with a tiny bit more DOF if I was to be super critical but otherwise perfect!
