Clement, this is just stunning. You could not have painted a better picture. One of the best I have seen here in a long time!

What a handsome pair!  It isn't often you think of male lions as 'pretty' but these two could win a beauty contest.  8)

I love the regal poses of both and what a great image.  Well Done!

Keep coming back to this image. so gorgeous. In my mind, a snip off the right and bottom strengthens, but OMG, this is one of the very best Lion shots I've seen and believe me... I love Lion shots...

In Africa, they are under such pressure, and yet I see so much evidence of emotion, sadness when a cub is killed, remorse, savagery, and pragmatism, I believe there are more emotions than we, the watchers, fully appreciate.

The story for me, is there is a story. Both are looking and that says much.

I love how the cloud formation points right to the lion! What a gorgeous scene. The light, the poses, just couldn't be better.

As mentioned many times, beautiful image. I am curious if 2 images were merged or focus stacking was used. DOF is relatively shallow for the lions and grassland, however the clouds appear quite sharp. The clouds look sharper than the grass horizon behind the lions.
Regardless, thanks for sharing, and beautiful work
