Just out having some fun the other morning, whilst the sun was out - bathing the park in strong, saturated Winter colours.

It's quite nice to turn the tables and shoot with a small lens, although the fisheye was proving a tad more difficult at times. I think if passes by saw these teeth, they may think twice at trying to attract them. However, I much prefer our more 'native' Reds rather than the Greys.

Thanks to those who viewed or posted a comment on the previous thread.

Unusual camera angle, not very flattering for the squirrel either:)We have them in our garden, they love digging up my lawn to bury their food.Count me in for a Red lover,I have only seen them in a nature reserve in Formby.

Peter, there is another place other than Forby IMHO, as they have been decimated in Formby, but it's working from s hide if you are interested and not too far form Blackburn. Unless you wish to travel up to the Cairngorms!!!

I like the originality of the different perspective and your selective focus on the chest, teeth and whiskers. I'm glad you captured the whiskers in focus, because I feel it diminishes the significance of the bright areas of fencing in the background. Different, but nice!  :)

Cheers Ron, that is what I wanted, something different and away from the norm, both in terms of usage of kit, but perspective too.

Thanks
