The low PoV enhances the capture, perhaps a sliver off the top may be another alternative/option?

The colors in the fish and in the gums/mouth of the otter totally grab your attention and hold it on the subject. Very nice.

The bright color of the fish immediately draws my attention to the otter which is posed perfectly with its hands holding the fish.
