Good greif, EJ, you do get around.

Wonderfully cute image - and a great story.

Congrats.

Excellent, great illustration of a pack ice environment to encompass the subjects, but they would also make for a quick snack for a hungry Polar bear too. Great to see the old kit delivering stunning results.

Awesome image E.J., this would have been too easy to screw up and be ordinary but you knocked it out of the park. Love the dof, the band of blue sky at the top contrasting nicely with the white scene and the two age classes of seals in contrasting poses!

Best photo I have ever seen of a Harp Seal--alone or with it's pup.

Outstanding in every way.

Beautifully done as always E.J. and all the more poignant when you consider that over 66,000 seal pups were slaughtered in the 2016 yearly hunt in Canada. We can only hope that your photo emphasizing the close bond between mother and pup serves to remind people of this annual destruction of newborn creatures.

Great interaction and I like the lower angle of view - instead of the standard "I'm taller than you" angle we normally see.
