Moss Landing, Ca
7D, 500/F4+1.4, F8, 1/500, ISO 400, +0.33 EC, tripod
I do not often catch them on the beach in good light.  Thanks for any comments or suggestions, Dave

These guys are so darn cute. Sweet light and nice colors. I started to suggest cropping the top but then realized that the water line that goes to the upper left corner is a good leading line and helps the composition so I wouldn't change it!

I've never seen one on the beach, but I haven't been to Moss Landing. Morro Bay is where I shoot them
